These are some of the cupcakes I made for a Ladies Pamper evening yesterday. I still have few left - so if you fancy ordering some, let me know quickly.
Red Velvet Cupcakes - wonderful red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese topping. If you haven't tried it yet - its a definite must.
Lemon & Blueberry - a zesty lemon cupcake with blueberry buttercream topping. Wonderful and not too sweet.
Vanilla roses - classic vanilla cupcakes with vanilla rose buttercream swirls. Also a favourite.
Banoffee - banana cupcakes with caramel buttercream topped with fudge, chocolate and caramel sauce. Heaven.
Cupwell - my version of a bakewell in a cupcake. Almond cupcake filled with Raspberry Jam topped with glace icing and a cherry. This could become a new favourite of mine.
