Heavenly sweet peas

This cake was a 3 tier stacked square cake set back so that the handmade sweet peas climbed up the steps. 
The bottom tier as a rich traditional fruitcake, a decadent chocolate sponge and the all time favourite a madeira top tier. 

The handmade flowers were all edible and including soft pink roses, and sweet peas in soft pink, fushia pink and lilac.  Fabulous, traditional english flowers in light summery colours.
